Coffee, chosen with care

A small selection of specialty coffees, defined by origin, process, and balance.

Our coffee selection is intentionally small.

Our coffees are for slow mornings and shared moments. The kind you'll reach for every day, not just sample and forget.

We partner with roasters we trust to find coffees that taste like the places they're from and the hands that shaped them.

Different origins, different processes,
one shared idea: balance.

The current selection features single-origin coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, and Colombia: balanced, gently sweet, with clean acidity. Each performs beautifully as filter coffee, whether brewed at home or in our café.

Roasted by Hippocratica Roastery in collaboration with Filtro, every lot reflects what we value: respect for origin, clarity in the cup, and honest processing.
