The current selection features single-origin coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, and Colombia: balanced, gently sweet, with clean acidity. Each performs beautifully as filter coffee, whether brewed at home or in our café.
Roasted by Hippocratica Roastery in collaboration with Filtro, every lot reflects what we value: respect for origin, clarity in the cup, and honest processing.
Colombian Coffee
A lively, clean cup with gentle citrus-like brightness and a smooth, medium body. Sweetness and acidity stay in balance, so it feels refreshing without becoming sharp. Perfect as a daily filter coffee when you want clarity with a bit more lift.

Guatemalan Coffee
A bright-but-easy washed coffee that stays clear and tidy in the cup. It drinks light and precise, with a fresh finish that never turns aggressive. Ideal if you like filter coffee with definition and clarity — expressive, but still very approachable.
