For one night, our friends from Filiera take over Filtro — a Puglian project we love, bringing their cuisine, their producers, and a seriously good wine selection.

Expect a generous table: thoughtful dishes, honest glasses, and that warm feeling you only get when people actually gather. A few special bottles will be opened just for this night - the kind you don’t run into on a random Thursday.

We Are Turning One - Pasta Party

One year of Filtro, celebrated the only way that makes sense: around a table. A full-day pasta party for our first birthday — plates coming out continuously, glasses raised often, friends drifting in and out as the day unfolds.

It’s informal, loud, affectionate, and very us. Come for lunch, stay longer than planned, and celebrate a year of shared mornings, evenings, and everything in between. From 12:00 till late.

Cupping Experience - Pier Coffee Roasters × Filtro

A morning dedicated to coffee, curiosity, and shared knowledge. Filtro turns into a cupping table with Pier Coffee Roasters, with a guided tasting led by Luigi Paternoster and a latte art touch by Gianni Caputo.

An open, informal experience to taste, compare, and talk coffee - new stories in the cup, hands-on moments, and that slow mid-morning rhythm where the bar becomes a place to learn, not just drink.

It starts after the sea, unfolds slowly, and feels more like meeting friends than attending an event. Cold Malinconico beers, warm food, shared tables, and that relaxed July rhythm Salerno does best.

Natural Wines & Bread Night

A cozy tasting night built around two of our favorite things: natural wine and bread. We’ll pour a small selection (orange, red, white) and pair it with a seasonal bread-based menu — levitated dough, bright toppings, and that salty-sweet magic (anchovies, tomato, avocado, butter & jam).

Expect good bottles, warm plates, and a table mood that’s more “slow evening with friends” than “formal tasting.” Spots are limited, so booking ahead is the move.
