Behind Filtro there are two people: Vincenzo and Paola.

Their paths come from different worlds, but meet in the same desire: building something meaningful, human, and rooted in everyday life.

Travel, study, and curiosity - especially through France and Northern Europe - shaped their approach to coffee, hospitality, and space.

What stayed constant was the intention: bringing that care back home, to Salerno, without imitation and without shortcuts.

At Filtro, coffee is prepared slowly and visibly. Brewing methods require attention, patience, and precision — and that’s exactly the point.
